We found the location to be quite central once we looked at it & started to go about, walked to most places which was great, no requirement for a car

The apartment is very nice! It is clean, very well equipped with quality furniture and in a quiet area. The roof terrace is great. Also the BBQ is inviting for great cooking. (Around the corner there is a good catering kitchen which sells local food to heat up at home and a very good supermarket is closeby)
We have spent 2 weeks (2 adults and 2 kids) and loved to stay in this apartment in this Spanish neigbourhood. We enjoyed staying in the city and having to travel by bus/tram to the beach/sightseeing. If you are looking for a place to stay next to the beach, better dont choose this. If you like to commute, want to enjoy the city but dont want too much noise/tourists this is perfect. Public transport is very well arranged (cheap & busses/trams run very often). The bus stop is 1 min walk and takes you everywhere you need.
The hosts are very nice and helped us with a fast check in & check out and had good tips on restaurants etc.
If we need to mention one improvement it would be airconditioning in the second bedroom. Our kids slept great in the 1st bedroom, we slept with ventilator. Airconditioning would be better in both rooms for a stay during summer. (In other seasons less needed)
