A acomodação está a 25 minutos do centro de Alicante, caminhando. Bairro muito bom, próximo da Plaza de Toros da cidade, predominantemente habitado por latino-americanos, Ambiente limpo e muito bem cuidado. Possui mercados, cafés e ponto de ônibus ao lado. O proprietário é muito gente muito boa, atencioso, prestativo e entra em contato antes da chegada para combinar a recepção. Recomendo.
Os três lances de escada para acessar a acomodação, me parece ser o único desafio se você tem mobilidade reduzida. Não é o meu caso, mas ainda assim, depois de muitas e longas caminhadas, acaba sendo cansativo. Mas não é algo que comprometa a sua estadia.

En ningún lugar indica con cuantas personas se comparte el baño. Igualmente no fue un problema.
