About this apartment rental
This renovated studio (November 2013) in a fenced and guarded residence offers from its large balcony on the 13th floor a breathtaking view of the beach of Muchavista-San Juan: huge sandy beach that can be reached in 5 min on foot . The historic center of Alicante is 8 km away by direct route: bus and tram are 5 min.
Other centers of interest: the palm grove, the thematic parks of Terra Mitica, Terra Natura and Mundomar, Cabo de las Huertas 20 minutes away (protected site ideal for walks in the coves, diving with or without bottles). The island of Tabarca is less than 1 hour by ferry from Alicante.
A little further, the Peñon de Ifach, Guadalest and the mountain for trekking.
The apartment has a large living room with a 140x200 double bed, a glass table with 4 chairs, a lounge area with sofa convertible into a double bed, library, television, Wi-Fi connection. This room opens onto a large balcony where you will enjoy an aperitif and tapas while contemplating the sea.
The American kitchen, equipped with fridge / freezer, mixed microwave and induction hob, coffee maker and toaster, has a breakfast bar.
A bathroom with bathtub and washing machine.
You have 2 community swimming pools with green area and palm trees.

Small studio but well located with pleasant view from balcony and excellent pool. Close to restaurants, stores, and public transportation. The San Juan beach is a short walking distance away
