The owner was very nice and polite. Came down to let me in, and helped me with the safe parking. Also with my stuffs to bring up.
The area is not the best, often noisy during the night. The shower needs 2-3 minutes run, before hot water comes.

El matrimonio es muy agradable, la habitación cómoda y cuidan los detalles como dejarte toallas y una botella de agua. No tiene AACC pero había un ventilador. Habia un poco de olor parecido a pies en la habitación aunque no parecía por falta de limpieza. La habitación tiene llave.
El barrio. De haber sabido ( culpa nuestra por no leer bien los comentarios) que estaba ubicada en un barrio como ese no hubieramos alquilado la habitación. Está al lado del barrio de las 400 viviendas de Alicante, zona ruidosa, sucia y poco segura.
Me da pena poner este comentario porque el matrimonio hacen todo lo posible porque estés cómodo en la habitación, pero a mí personalmente esto me echa mucho para atrás a la hora de alquilar.
