Garden apartment with Pool and AC

The location if perfect, the area is super nice, the place has everything - pools, tennis court, kids playground.

The building is a bit old in general

close to beach ,bus,tram,shops. taxi service from airport to appartment included

no hot water to wash basin and kitchen sink

Muy cerca de la playa, apartamento muy cómodo y con muy buenas instalaciones.

Tenia unos jardines muy bonitos pero una pena q hubiese tanto mosquito donde la piscina, porque fuera del agua no se podia estar. Y un poco ruidoso el apartamento .

The apartment is located in a pleasant residential complex with a nice swimming pool and a convenient location close to San Juan Beach. Check-in was straightforward and communication before arrival was good.

Several issues significantly affected our stay, including a power outage caused by the unusable oven, an air conditioner requiring manual emptying of a 30-litre water container without prior information, and a kitchen tap supplying only cold water. The awning could not be fully lowered because of the air-conditioning unit, making the bedroom very warm and bright in the mornings. Although all issues were reported promptly during our stay, none of them was resolved.
