Buena ubicación, relativamente cerca de la playa y con un Centro Comercial delante. A pesar de ello, es una zona bastante tranquila y se puede descansar bien. El apartamento es grande. Las camas son cómodas, lo cual para nosotros es fundamental. Buena relación calidad-precio.
Necesita una actualización. Hay varias cosas que mejorar y poner al día. Sin embargo, he leído algunos comentarios muy malos y creo que no los merece.

La ubicación, y las instalaciones. Excelente piso para unos días, al frente hay un shopping donde tiene súper y diferentes tiendas
En verano solo tienen ventiladores, es lo único

Buena comunicación con los autobuses al centro.
La pila del servicio hay que desatascarla, muchas maripositas por todo el apartamento, el microondas no calienta, problemas para abrir la puerta de la calle, el sofá incomodísimo, etc.
