Golf Lucentum

La casa è molto carina e spaziosa. Abbiamo fatto il check in e check out completamente da remoto. Il deposito cauzionale è stato restituito in tempi brevi. La posizione è buona e ti permette di girare la città per tutto il giorno con una fermata del tram di fronte casa Il complesso residenziale mette a disposizione anche servizi come una piccola area giochi per bambini ed una splendida piscina.

Il complesso in generale , la piscina a disposizione degli ospiti, tutto il necessario in cucina, la disponibilità di teli da bagno , il terrazzino per un breve aperitivo, detersivi per pulire cucina e appartamento .Eccezionale il posto auto coperto in garage sottostante è stato prezioso per noi che avevamo noleggiato un auto.

Location of apartment was very good as it was opposite the tram stop for Miriam Blasco, which took us into the city. Buses also operate down the same road, so transport available was very good. Nice bar on the street underneath the apartment block that serves good selection of tostadas, tapas and main plates.

There were a few issues with the apartment that included mould on the ceiling of the en-suite, main bedroom persiana blind that was a struggle to drop. Lack of bedside lamp electrical sockets (that we could see) in the 2nd bedroom, lack of shower floor mats, so towels had to be used. Central pendant light in the lounge that did not work (although the owner did offer to replace bulb). Coffee table in the lounge was very tatty. Mugs in the kitchen were either mis-matched or chipped. Kettle lid was broken, but usable. Whilst there were a few other issues, it seemed to me that whilst the apartment was in a great location, it has not been cared for, nor updated and looked very tired.
