Basic but clean
The contact and response to messages regarding checking in was horrendous. Luckily the cleaner was there when we arrived or we never would have found the apartment or how to obtain keys. All Numbers given prior to check in were unanswered and there was a 12 hour delay in responding to messages. Lots are still unanswered.
