Situato abbastanza vicino al centro di Alicante, un bell'appartamento, comodo, funzionale e, tutto sommato, abbastanza silenzioso, sebbene sia a piano strada. Facile l'accesso (con keybox). Proprietario molto cortese e veloce nel rispondere. Nessuna problema in particolare da segnalare.
Pulizia non eccezionale (un po' di sporco qua e là) e la TV è giusto per arredamento (non è connessa a nulla).
Da segnalare anche (ma qui il proprietario non ha colpe) che parcheggiare in zona è praticamente impossibile.
