    I wouldn’t recommend this place. The pictures make it look nice. But it’s only half constructed. There’s new cabins being build all around. Grinding, hammering, working with no PPE or safety precautions, The office had a sign that shows free shuttles to the pier, but I come to find out they only honor it on check out. Not during the stay. I had an ant infestation in my room, the room isn’t sealed off the floor boards have holes in them you can see outside so bugs and mosquitos get in. And they tried to charge for a dirty towel that I used on the dive boat for the whole week, instead of a new one each day. (That’s what hotels ask you to do, reuse it if you can) it’s just a towel. Why did they provide a cheap white towel if they don’t want it to get dirty. The way the office staff talk to You are like you’re an idiot, Will not be staying there again.

    these little villas are almost new..the ' resort' isnt yet completed. there is no central resort area.. just some fairly nice modern rooms up a very steep (un-walkable for many) hill..I had a scooter so it was all ok for me..just donr expect a centralized hub. or a pool or anything like that. its close to a great little bay. very quiet and good air con,.good bed, fair price

    Our stay was extremely disappointing and far below what one would expect from a property marketed as a 5-star hotel. We booked and paid for a Luxury Sea View room, but were instead assigned a small room facing trees, with no sea view at all. The hotel was fully booked and unable to provide the room category we had reserved. No appropriate solution or price adjustment was offered for the clear downgrade. Additional concerns during our stay: • Breakfast access issue: Despite breakfast being included in our reservation, we were initially denied entry and had to spend approximately 20 minutes resolving the issue by phone before being allowed to eat. • Power outages: There were two electricity cuts in just three nights. • No compensation or proactive service recovery: Management did not offer any meaningful gesture or take responsibility for the situation. The issue here is not minor inconvenience — it is a clear discrepancy between what was booked and what was delivered. If you are choosing this hotel based on its 5-star positioning or specific room category, I strongly recommend double-checking before booking. We have documented the situation and formally raised the matter with the booking platform.
