It's a lovely flat with basic things you need and there are shops nearby to pick up groceries .

The location is closer to the midi station and it's a very quiet place to stay with everything you need is available inside the flat

The stairs with no lift

The apartment was cozy, well located, and thoughtfully equipped, with just a few minor improvements

The room had amazing views, and the location was very convenient, close to the metro and train station, and just a 30-minute walk to the city center. We also appreciated the thoughtful welcome tray with cookies and tea. The apartment was extremely comfortable and well equipped, with everything we needed for cooking (oil, salt, sugar, spices, coffee, utensils, etc.) as well as for cleaning (washing machine, detergent, ironing board, iron, drying rack, etc.). Having all these essentials gave us a lot of freedom and made the stay feel very homey.

The main issue we experienced was with the bathroom. The toilet didn’t flush properly, which made it a bit inconvenient. The shower was also quite small, and the curtain tended to stick while showering, which felt uncomfortable and not very hygienic considering the number of guests. Regarding cleanliness, we noticed a few dark hairs on the sofa pillows (both of us have blonde hair). Other than that, everything was fine and we didn’t encounter any further problems. It’s on the fourth (top) floor, so the steep stairs could be challenging for guests with heavy suitcases.

Clean and tidy, with excellent facilities, comfortable and in a good location near railway station.

Property located on the 4th floor, which is inconvenient, and can be uncomfortable when walking up the old, narrow and creaky staircase in a stuffy environment. Toilet leaking issue still present, sometimes requiring an extra press of the flush button to stop the leaking.

We loved it

The flat is located very near to centre of Brussels. The area has a nice feel and there are plenty of restaurants, pubs, bars. There is an Aldi near to the fat where you can get all essentials. The flat itself had everything that's needed as advertised on the website. The flat is very interesting and quirky something we really enjoyed.

The flat could benefit form a bit of redecorating some fresh paint.

Lovely attic apt

We had the whole flat to ourselves. Lovely space. Well maintained.

Needed to be careful when showering with filmsy shower curtain. The toilet flush is leaky sometimes. Also, I didn't know Belgium old flats have no elevator. It was right at the attic and my 73 year old mother had a shock. The luggage had to be carried up.

Super rapport qualité prix pour un appartement cosy

L’appartement était très bien équipé, cosy, confortable, avec tout ce dont on avait besoin. La communication avec l’hôte était très sympathique et ils étaient à disposition pour nous répondre.

À savoir: l’appartement se trouve au dernier étage, avec des escaliers pentus, sans ascenseur. Ce n'était pas un problème, mais important de le noter !

Séjour agréable avec un rapport qualité/prix IMBATTABLE.

L’emplacement de l’appartement est super. Je me déplace dans Bruxelles uniquement en trottinette/vélo électrique (moins cher que le métro) et le centre est à seulement 10-15 minutes de route, qui est très agréable. Le check-in indépendant s’est très bien déroulé. La salle de bains est équipée (gel douche, serviettes, pression de la douche parfaite!) La cuisine est tout autant équipée avec un lave vaisselle et quelques épices. L’espace de vie est relativement spacieux et la mezzanine est super. Pour ce qui est du rapport qualité prix, le plus important, il m’a l’air imbattable.

L’immeuble n’a PAS d’ascenseur, ce qui ne m’a pas forcément dérangé mais je ne recommanderais pas ce logement aux personnes à mobilité réduites comme les seniors, femmes enceintes ou handicapées. Dans la salle de bain, les WC avaient un petit problème de chasse d’eau (évitable mais il fallait faire attention pour éviter la fuite). Certaines fenêtres n’étaient pas ouvrables, ce qui est un peu dérangeant en périodes de chaleur. Le four est vétuste et nous ne l’avons donc pas utilisé. Finalement, il y a des marques d’usures un peu partout dans l’appartement, qui sont en général ignorable, sauf pour un petit problème de lattes pour le lit de la chambre mezzanine.
