We were left on the street with our luggages after finding bed bugs — avoid at all costs.

Upon check-in, I discovered that the room was infested with bed bugs — a shocking and completely unacceptable situation. Although I received a refund for the initial booking, the property offered no assistance in finding alternative accommodation. By 4 PM, we were left standing on the street with our suitcases, scrambling to find somewhere else to stay for the night. The only available option at such short notice was significantly more expensive. When I requested that the property reimburse the difference, they refused — and even went so far as to blame me for not finding a cheaper hotel. Their complete lack of responsibility and empathy was appalling. To make matters worse, I also found bugs in the toilet, raising additional concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. The presence of bed bugs poses a serious health risk. They can cause skin irritation, allergic reactions, and — perhaps most concerning — the possibility of bringing an infestation home through your luggage. This was not just an inconvenience; it was a legitimate health and hygiene concern. Don’t expect much help from Booking.com either. Their response was minimal, and their "goodwill gestures" were nonexistent. Be extremely cautious when booking this property, and do not rely on Booking.com to provide meaningful support if anything goes wrong.

There is nothing I like all the time I was scared felling am gone lose my live in any minuet the area not safe and l lost the Brussels nights as the reason return to the apartment before the sunset try to save my live from the homeless and the dangerous

The building so old and they use way so old and funny , In check in there no reception and they send code and you open box take a lot of keys , and there is only privet shower and the toilet is share , what’s more the ‏The water boiler is dirty

Equipements peu performants ou en panne

Grandes difficultés pour récupérer les clés dans la boite. La boite ne s'ouvrait pas. J'ai été obligée de demander l'aide de l'occupant du 1ier étage qui -heureusement- à un moment est sorti de l'immeuble. Pas d'électricité dans la salle de bain L'interrupteur près du lit ne fonctionne pas. On est obligé de se lever pour aller éteindre et de circuler dans le noir

Absolument rien nous sommes deux filles françaises venue faire un tour d’Europe

Quand vous arriverez devant cette établissement vous ne le verrez même pas car il est dans une sorte de friche abandonnée avec des tags absolument partout des squatteurs dorment devant l’hôtel et il est impossible de joindre le propriétaire nous marchons constamment sur des seringue de drogue devant l’établissement proche de la gare certe mais ce n’est pas une bonne nouvelle drogue prostitution sera là pour vous faire du divertissement nous avons décider de dormir ailleurs et je n’ai jamais était remboursé par le propriétaire Ne compter pas sur booking il ne vous répondrons jamais !!!

o apartamento era bem equipado. a privada ser fora do quarto não foi um problema, porque muitas acomodações na europa tem o banheiro com privada separada do banho. a cozinha era completa e a sala confortável. a limpeza estava excelente. tenho nada a reclamar

Nous n'avons pas apprécié tout simplement on devait avoir une chambre avec salle de bain et wc privatif nous sommes arrivés et nous nous sommes installés dans la chambre puis une heure après un couple est arrivé nous ont fait un scandale pour que l'on change de chambre nous avons donc contacté le propriétaire pour pas faire d'histoire Nous avons changé de chambre et la les toilettes au fond du couloir un lit inconfortable une salle de bain qui laisse à désirer sans parler de la boîte de tampax des l'ancienne locataire pas à moi j'ai 64 ans enfin pour nous c'est une première et dernière expérience nous sommes dégoûtés je passe les détails parce que cela serait trop long

Het was een kort bezoekje, we hebben er enkel overnacht.

Het was dicht bij het station.

Het was niet duidelijk dat er meerdere gasten gingen zijn. De andere gasten hebben ons weg gestuurd en zeiden dat we op het verdiep eronder moesten zijn, daardoor hadden we bijna ruzie met de eigenaar van dat appartement. De sleutels terug in het codebakje stoppen was ook moeilijk.
