Bella Casa - Newly Built Designer Villa

TOUT. L'emplacement est top. Situé à 200m de la plage et de plusieurs restos. La villa est juste magnifique, tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer des vacances XXL, la literie est confortable, la climatisation par zone fonctionne parfaitement. La piscine est suffisamment grande pour se prélasser à plusieurs (famille de 5). Mention spéciale à Dominik qui est très réactif et attentif à toutes nos demandes/questions.

Rien. Il manque juste un micro-ondes dans la liste des équipements de la cuisine. Sinon, tout est parfait

Amazingly thought-out house, it’s truly beautifully designed and location is just a few minutes from the beach. If you’re considering this option, then just go for it, you won’t be disappointed. The villa is very well equipped. You get a feeling of staying at a home where someone lives, because it’s stocked with kitchen equipment, glassware, cooking oil, dishwasher and detergent pods, kids dinnerware… Even baking paper was present. This is a level of thoughtfulness that is very uncommon and here it applies to so many things beyond just the kitchen. Communication with the hosts was smooth. The pool is heated. There are pool towels and pool floaters/noodles. The grill is easy to use. Each room has its own wc and shower. There is AC in all rooms. There are lots of restaurants and a few shops in Kalyves, all a couple of minutes walk away. We have enjoyed our stay and we strongly recommend this place :)

The villa is luxurious and beautifully furnished – impressive from the moment you arrive. Every detail is carefully designed to create a comfortable atmosphere. The hosts were always available, shared helpful tips, and were genuinely welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The beach and charming seaside restaurants are also just a short walk away.

Great villa, very well furnished and stocked with all the appliances we needed. The location was surprisingly convenient. The town is small, but there are several pretty good and inexpensive restaurants and cafes, supermarkets, and stores. A great beach is also just a 3-5 minute walk away. There is also a large parking near the beach, so if you're feeling lazy, you can drive there; there's always space, even during peak hours. The hosts were amazing. Dominik and Frank provided us with great recommendations for restaurants, shops, and beaches, and they organized a mid-stay cleaning for us. It became a bit windy and cooler during our stay, so Frank kindly heated the pool, which was a very nice touch.
