We Loved our stay at Amphimatrion. We have travelled all over the world and have stayed in many different types of accommodation. This is one of the nicest we have stayed in.
It’s very hard to fault. Good value for money for the high standard, good location short walk to a lovely beach with beach bars and restaurants, very safe and secure with keypad entry, hot tub was great with stunning views.
The only negatives but this is being extremely picky as it didn’t really impact our stay. The pool was unusable just too cold, but most outdoor pools in Greece are not heated so we kind of knew this would be the case before going- we didn’t mind as the beach was close and the sea ok to swim in with the hot tub to use in the evenings, the gym was quite basic but again an added bonus anyway so cannot really mark down the accommodation for this, and directly to the front there is ongoing building work-we asked the host about this before going and was told there was no building work but there is. It is a little unsightly but there wasn’t a lot of movement just a couple vans coming and going and one of the days some hammering for a short while. No huge big deal but maybe to be aware of.
Overall a lovely stay and would happily stay here again.
If the pool was heated this would be a big bonus.

This property is brand new. less than 150 meters from the beach / coffee shops in Kalyves. It is a beautiful property, probably best kitchen supplies I have seen. Even baking paper and aluminum foil.
The host did a whatsapp based easy entry. No hassle. The Jaccuzi was amazing. Cleaned 3 times a week.
