Villa Anastasia Kalyves

Exceptionally clean and well maintained. The villa was comfortable and Anastasia left a very generous Welcome Pack. It was conveniently located for walks to local facilities and tavernas and you could also walk easily to nearby beaches. There was a lovely pool and comfortable sun-loungers which sadly we barely used as the weather was unseasonal.

It was a little dark inside but that may have been down to the unusual weather which was cloudy and rainy a lot of the time. Paradoxically because of its convenient location to Kalives, there was a fair amount of traffic driving past - that said it was quiet inside the villa.

Anastasia was a wonderful host, and the home and location were perfect.

Fabulous location with easy walking to shops, cafes and restaurants. Good size kitchen and fully equipped with everything you could need. Exceptionally clean, lovely bed linen, comfy beds and well appointed bathrooms. Having the washing machine and cloth s drying rack was a huge bonus. Outside areas were wonderful, relaxing and shaded. It was great having the pool, a lovely feature of the well maintained outdoor area. We had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to come back. It felt like a home away from home.

There was nothing not to like about this property.

The Villa is an absolute gem, centrally located in the heart of bustling Kalyves. The proximity to the 3 fantastic beaches and multiple outstanding restaurant's truly enhanced our stay. Anastasia the owner is so Kind and provided the best welcome pack we've ever experienced - The villa itself is beautifully and sympathetically restored and the facilities are second to none, a fully stocked kitchen through to the most comfortable beds and fantastic pool really made our stay exceptional. Looking forward to returning.
