Casa nuova, pulitissima ed elegante. Luce stupenda. Ogni camera con balcone. Terrazzino confortevole per belle cenette all'aperto. C'è tutto: lavatrice, lavastoviglie, microonde, macchina x caffè con cialde, frigo/freezer. Bella biancheria di qualità. Posto auto sotto casa incluso. Manager giovane e professionale
La casa guarda su una strada molto trafficata. I sardi guidano come pazzi, in particolare le moto e si sente ad ogni ora. Attenzione: è al secondo piano senza ascensore.

Logement parfait, neuf, propre et fonctionnel ! Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le confort des lits neufs, la climatisation dans toutes les pièces et les nombreux balcons et terrasse ! Merci Riccardo.

El departamento está muy bien! Muy limpio, muy bien decorado y perfectamente completo con todo lo necesario, tanto en la cocina como en el resto de los ambientes. El parking es muy comodo y es una solución de tranquilidad porque aparcas dentro del recinto del edificio.
No hay muchas cosas que no nos hayan gustado. Por decir algo, es un segundo piso sin ascensor, con lo cual hay que subir por escaleras pero no fue un problema para nosotros.
