Appartamenti a 200 m dal mare circondati dall’ombra ginepri, Pitosfori e piante mediterranee, abbastanza privacy. Tranquilla anche la piscina di acqua salata, la baia ha una grande spiaggia e delle piccole insenature di sabbia e scogli. altre spiagge raggiungibili a meno di 20 minuti. Buono anche il ristorante del residence..
Il check-in è molto tardi, check out molto presto arrivando col traghetto in mattinata e ripartendo alla sera, non è comodo.

L'appartement est bien situé, à côté d'une jolie plage et d'un bon restaurant. Le centre ville de Santa Teresa est à 5 minutes en voiture. La personne qui gère les locations a été très disponible.
Nous y avons séjourné en mai, il ne faisait pas encore trop chaud, mais une climatisation dans l'appartement serait appréciable.

Die Lage ist ist perfekt! Meerblick von der Terrasse, ruhig und außerdem ist ist ein wunderschöner Strand direkt vor der Tür
Da man sich ja hauptsächlich außen aufhält und 2 große Terrassen hat, wäre da eine komfortablere Ausstattung wünschenswert. Bequemer Stühle oder sogar Liegen um den Aufenthalt und die Aussicht besser genießen zu können .

La scarsa pulizia, la mancata disponibilità di effettuare il check-in con leggero anticipo, la presenza di formiche, il doversi fare il letto, il fornire asciugamani nuovi ancora con la colla, la presenza di lavastoviglie e lavatrice senza pastiglie né detersivo rendendole completamente inutili.
