The house is very close to the beach, it has a big bedroom and a nice bathroom.
There is no light whatsoever in the living room after the sun goes down, so it's practically impossible to use that area (kitchen + living room) after that. The sofa that turns into a bed is super uncomfortable, so this house is definitely not for 4 people. The communication with the owner and her helper is very hard as they only speak Italian and also answer you in writing in Italian. The owner was very suspicious of everything (the helper went to the house twice to ask for passports and an extra time for us to pay the city tax) and even rude. They wanted to charge us an extra 80€ of cleaning fee as we left the garbage outside (in the yard) in separate bag for recycling, also we left some food in the fridge and shelves that was good to eat. Even though they warned us that we would have to pay 30€ and not 80€ if the house was not "left as found" this was ridiculous.
