Casa Stellins

Ottima posizione, centralissima e allo stesso tempo defilata il giusto per avere silenzio e tranquillità. Comoda per la spiaggia de La Rena Bianca, per ristoranti e negozi. Ottima comunicazione con Luigi e con l’Host locale Alessandro. Casa pulita, spaziosa, ottima la possibilità di disimpegno esterno (con doccia, lavatrice, lavandino, due sdraio tavolo e ombrellone). A giugno era fresco e non è servito, ma le due camere da letto sono dotate di aria condizionata. Wifi a disposizione e funzionante. Davvero consigliata!

Tutto ok Forse il consiglio è di incrementare un po’ la fornitura relativa a pentole e simili ma c’è comunque tutto quel che serve per soggiornare in tutta comodità

Good location

There were one or two kitchen things I would have liked, but it was well equipped.

The communication with Luigi and Alessandro was exceptional which made checking in and out easy. The facilities were very good as was the cleanliness of the apartment. The little parcel of goodies was appreciated. The information and recommendation cards of restaurants was appreciated. We had a degustation at Ristorante Da Thomas and would recommend this to anyone staying at Santa Teresa Gallura. We were lucky but would recommend booking. There are many good restaurants within walking distance from Casa Stellins and the town centre is a short stroll.

There was nothing.

The house is overall nice place with a little garden and we had a nice holiday there. Very clear communication with owner and clear instruction provided in several languages. Good communication with owner on whats app. House is not very light, rathet located in shadows, what can be very pleasant during hot summer. Kitchen was equipped well, there is a coffee machine in house for capsules - only 4 pieces were provided for 3 night stay (2 adults). Bathroom was nice and clean. Bedroom and children room was also nice. There is a waching machine in the garden. Walking distance to beach - app 20 min with kids and strollers

Located in urban aera - kids were playing outside and the neighbours were telling them something in italian not in a nice tune. 250 eur deposit in cash - i havent had this deposit situation anywhere else before with booking call from the owner before the visit - very pleasant but strange - my booking stay review should give enough information about me for upcoming stay I think in Casa description the beach is mentioned much closer than the reality. The place is pricey even in October. deeper cleaning has to be scheduled - top of the fridge, kitchen cabinet and under the couch.
