L'appartement est bien situé pour visiter le Nord de la Sardaigne. La résidence est fleurie et bien entretenue par le gardien. Les résidents sont sympathiques.
Un problème de puissance électrique nous a empêché d'utiliser le lave vaisselle. Il fallait régulièrement aller réenclencher le disjoncteur dans le local technique. La plage en face de la résidence n'est pas très belle.
