Spazi ampi a disposizione, parcheggio, aree verdi, posizione rispetto a Porto rotondo, Costa Smeralda e Olbia, attrezzata per cucinare e mangiare anche all'esterno, due bagni, kit di cortesia prodotti, silenziosa, lavatrice e stendini, supermercati e benzinaio nelle vicinanze, presenza di climatizzatori, acqua calda sempre e subito a disposizione.
Giardino poco curato (ad esempio piante da potare e che ostacolano i passaggi), poco illuminato di notte, numero degli appartamenti poco visibili ( presenti solo sul vetro delle porte in piccolo), presenza di zanzare e insetti essendo in pianoterra in campagna, sbalzi di corrente.

Ligging centraal. Niet te ver van Olbia en mooie stranden.Duidelijke aankomst instructie.
Huisje erg basic. Maar daar was de huur ook naar. Bank in de woonkamer zonder tafel. Wel eettafel met vier stoelen. Slaapkamer prima , was schoon. Rook wel wat muf bij aankomst. Zal door de winter zijn gekomen. Waren er begin mei. Keuken oom basic. Deelt terras met huisje naast ons. Ligt op terrein met nog een paar huisjes. Afgeschermd met toegangshek.

Me gustó mucho el porche para poder desayunar y cenar La ubicación del sitio estaba muy bien
No te podías dejar ningún tipo de migaja de comida porque venían un montón de hormigas, había muchos bichos nos encontramos hasta un ciempiés en la pared y un montón de picaduras de mosquitos y en el aire acondicionados encima había un nido de pájaros. Tampoco nos gustó que no hay microondas, pero porque creo que no es común en Italia y la nevera era muy pequeña entran pocas cosas. Y lo peor del apartamento es el sofá-cama que se hunde en el medio y duermes bastante mal y una de las almohadas era muy fina.
