Terraced villa of 70 sqm with a panoramic terrace overlooking the gulf. Two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchenette and two bathrooms. Satellite TV, dishwasher, washing machine. Reserved parking, condominium swimming pool. As soon as you arrive you can do the 'self check in' to open the house by yourself. You will have to open the tap that supplies water to the house. You will have to open the gas tap. The gas is supplied by a cylinder located under the spiral staircases. You will have to turn on the electric meter. It is possible to eat on the panoramic terrace. Along the corridor there is the electric unit that supplies the energy to the house. Hot water is supplied by the water heater in one of the two bathrooms that have a shower and a bath.
