A lovable stay at Green Coast Mgallery Hotel

Green Coast MGallery impressed me on almost every level. My room was spacious, bright, and tastefully furnished, with a beautiful view that made mornings and sunsets memorable. The architecture and interior design create a refined coastal atmosphere, and the public spaces feel both stylish and comfortable. The pool area is spotless and relaxing, and the staff throughout the hotel were consistently professional, friendly, and attentive. The food—especially breakfast and the à la carte selections—was fresh, well-presented, and thoughtfully curated. Cleanliness, bedding comfort, Wi‑Fi reliability, and overall ambiance all met or exceeded expectations. A polished, well-managed property that balances design with genuine hospitality. Highly recommend.

Decent nothing special

Nice area, hotel rooms are modern and clean. The beach is nice and the sunbeds are very comfortable. The hotel itself is aesthetically pleasing.

Staff need to be more welcoming and hospitable. They are not very friendly. They also need to disclose all extra costs up front and not upon departure. The hotel needs wristbands or something so you are not bombarded every 5 minutes when entering if you are staying there, what your name is and what room number. Same goes for use of the beach. Having security come up to you every few hours is bothersome. For what you charge the service and hospitality should be top notch.

Fantastic stay at Green coast hote

I loved everything about my stay. The view was absolutely stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset, and the architecture of the hotel is impressive, modern yet perfectly integrated with the surroundings. The proximity to the sea made the experience even more special, as it was just a few steps away. The service was excellent as well—staff were attentive, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. It felt like a perfect balance of comfort, elegance, and relaxation.

Our stay at Green Coast MGallery was exceptional from check-in to check-out. Perfectly located in Palasa, a true gem of the Albanian Riviera allowing for breathtaking views from the room. Architecture is stunning, blending very well with the nature and the amazing Palasa beach. Room was spacious, elegant and spotlessly clean, including all necessary amenities. Breakfast was great, a wide and tasty selection to choose from. The staff was professional and very attentive making sure nothing was missing during our stay.

Beautiful hotel but the service is very disappointing.

The property is fantastic. But the service does not match the price tag of the room. Some of the staff just seem so uninterested in the guests. There was one or two good waiters but in general the service was poor.

The service. You feel like you are bothering some of the staff when asking a question. Not all of them but the majority.

Certainly the best hotel in the entire Albanian coast.

Perfect location right at the only Blue Flag beach in Albania. The architecture and design are uniquely beautiful, from exteriors, to the communal areas and the quiet luxury minimalist style of the rooms and suites. The room was comfortable and equipped with all the amenities as expected, but the view from the balcony was even better. While the temperature controlled outdoor pool was a gem, the most striking feature was the hotel’s exclusive beach area stretching for hundreds of meters, with sunbeds and umbrellas distant from one another, creating a hard to match sense of space, privacy and relaxation.

While the service was very good and the staff very helpful, some small issues were to be expected as a newly opened establishment, but the management made sure to attend and solve them in a timely manner.

The best hotel in the Albanian coast

I can say it certainly is the best hotel in the entire Albanian coast. Perfect hotel location, right in front of the only Blue Flag beach in Albania. The design and architecture are uniquely beautiful, from the exteriors to the communal areas, all the way to the quiet luxury minimalist style of the rooms and suites. Quiet and comfortable room, equipped with all the amenities as expected, while the view from the balcony was even better. The temperature controlled outdoor pool was a gem but the most striking feature was the hotel’s exclusive that stretched for hundreds of meters, with sunbeds and umbrellas very distant from one another, creating a sense of space, privacy and quiet relaxation that it’s hard to match. Overall the service was very good and the staff very helpful.

There were some small issues that are to be expected in a newly opened establishment, but the management made sure to attend to them in a timely manner, without really dictracting me from fully enjoying the stay.

As a solo female traveler, I immediately felt so safe and comfortable here 💕. The hotel has this magical vibe that’s both minimalistic and elegant, yet makes you feel like you’re living in a fairytale 🌸. The view was absolutely Instagramableee 📸 waking up to that stunning sea panorama felt unreal 🌊 Every detail of the room was carefully thought out, making it even more special ✨. From the warm welcome to the peaceful atmosphere, everything was just perfect. Can’t wait to come back Green Coastt, but next time with my family as well, everyone deserved to experience this at least once in their life! 🌺🌞

From the moment I arrived at Green Coast MGallery Collection, I was impressed by the level of professionalism and care shown by the staff 🙌. In my booking request, I had mentioned that I would like a restaurant reservation 🍽️. As soon as I got to the hotel, the staff warmly welcomed me, escorted me to my room, and shortly after, personally accompanied me to the Mosaic Restaurant where my table was already prepared 10/10. This kind of seamless coordination and attention to detail truly exceeded my expectations : ) The service felt personalized and effortless, making my stay all the more memorable. Perfect stay

We arrived earlier than the official check-in time, and the manager kindly arranged an early check-in for us, along with a room upgrade to a higher floor. He even personally accompanied us to the room, which was a very thoughtful gesture. The hospitality was outstanding, and the care and attention we received were truly 5-star plus. An experience that truly makes a difference!

A truly outstanding second stay – thank you to the amazing staff! This was my second time staying at this hotel, and I’m so glad I returned — the improvement from my first visit was incredible. While my first stay was just okay, with a few minor issues in cleanliness and service, this time everything exceeded my expectations. The biggest highlight was the exceptional staff. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed at reception with genuine smiles and professional service. Check-in was fast and smooth, and I immediately felt like a valued guest. The entire team went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable — they were attentive, kind, and always ready to help with anything I needed. It was clear that customer care is now a top priority, and it made a huge difference. The room was spotless, quiet, and well-prepared, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and inviting. I also appreciated the improvements in the breakfast area and the helpful attitude of everyone working there. It’s rare to see such a positive transformation between two stays, and I truly want to thank the reception and service staff for making this visit such a pleasure. Dissapointing! No value for this price!

Staff was very welcoming and friendly.

We waited more than three hours to check in even though we reached there at 3pm, which was the official check in time. Our room was on the ground floor, which was very noisy and people walking by could see in the room. It would have been okay if this room had a different price, but it was unacceptable that people who were on a higher floor with a balcony paid the same as people on the ground floor. Also the room was not properly cleaned and the next day they cleaned the room only at 5pm. And we were charged extra for parking! The hotel is said to be luxury but its more than nornal. Not going back.

Super mooi hotel op ongelofelijk ocatie met droomuitzicht vanuit de kamers als ook het zwembad op de turquoise blauwe zee. Personeel zeer behulpzaam op al je vragen. Privé strand met alle rust en ruimte die je op je gemak brengt. Zeer goed ontbijt maar…

Restaurant waar ontbijt geserveerd wordt is te klein voor het hotel en materialen niet akoestisch genoeg dus geeft geen rust voor uw start van de dag. Koffie wordt geserveerd maar laat zich wel lang op zich wachten. We hadden een deluxe kamer die top was en ons ook was voorgesteld als familie kamer met top zetelbed maar er ontbreekt wat extra opbergruimte en haken in de badkamer om iets op te hangen. Prijzen aan zwembad en strand aan hoge kant en komen ook niet overeen met wat er op QR-code code wordt vermeld en menu van zwembad. Vb gin tonic 19€ euro wordt 29€ w’at anders op de kaart van zwembad en die prijs de juiste volgens personeel.;-(

Ein absolutes Desaster. Schlimmer gehts nicht. Nichts, aber gar nichts ist so wie es sein sollte. Man wird aktiv abgezockt. Aufpassen beim Check-Out, immer schauen was auf der Rechnung steht. Man wird beklaut in diesem Hotel. Unglaublich aber wahr. Die haben es geschafft, das Hotel innert wenigen Wochen nach Eröffnung herunterzuwirtschaften und ins Abseits zu manövrieren.

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt mit herzlichem Personal, toller Atmosphäre und vielen kleinen Momenten zum Wohlfühlen.

Vom Check-in bis zum Check-out war alles hervorragend! Das Personal – sei es beim Check-in, an der Bar oder im Wartebereich – war durchweg freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich kann nur sagen: Wer Albanien noch nicht erlebt hat, für den ist jetzt der perfekte Moment gekommen, um seine atemberaubenden Strände zu entdecken und einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt im exklusiven Green Coast Hotel, Teil der MGallery Collection, im Herzen Südalbaniens zu genießen.

Eine kleine Anmerkung hätte ich In anderen Spitzenhotels bin ich es gewohnt, dass große, schattenspendende Bäume den Hoteleingang säumen hier fehlten sie (noch). Abgesehen davon war mein Aufenthalt durchweg erstklassig.
