The views, location on the Llogara Pass and food will make me return. Hope the bed sheets improve!

Incredible views and great location. Wonderful fresh food for breakfast and dinner.

The sheets on the bed were very uncomfortable. They were clean but the pilling created an uncomfortable feeliing. 100% cotton sheets would be much better.

An authentic and comfortable place to hang your hat

It was homey, quaint and quiet … we loved our stay there! The location was ideal and we enjoyed the neighborhood immensely … really nice!

Fabulous!!

This place is amazing. If you are not planning to drive up the Llogara Pass you should change your plans and drive it. The views are stunning. Keshtjella had the most amazing views. The room was gigantic, super comfortable. Food was good. Went on. Couple of hikes very near the hotel which were super fun and not hard. They have the most amazing hot chocolate you have ever tasted. You have to try it. We loved this place.

There was nothing I didn’t like. Super nice family who runs it, they were terrific.

great location and communication, good food totally recommended, plan to visit it again once will be in Albania again, really like that place

there is no supermarket near, it's better to buy water and some snacks beforehand temperature in the rooms not too high, I suppose that during the winter it can be hold here. But from the beginning of the May it should be just fine (if you plan to go during winter it is better to speak with owner about the temperature in the room)

Gjithcka ishte e perkryer. Stafi, dhoma, pamja, cmimet. Cdo gje perfekte. Me pelqeu shume qendrimi ne kete hotel, pamja dhe kushtet qe ky hotel ka jane shume te mira. Gjithashtu edhe aksesi ne internet (WiFi) shume i mire. Shume te sjellshem. Sigurisht do rikthehem perseri. Jua sugjeroj.

nice view, but no balcony

Location and view from the room. Was able to check in early in the morning. Hotel restaurant has reasonable prices. Wifi ok.

According to the booking, the room should have a balcony. But it hasn't! There is only one window that reaches to the ground. There is no chair in the room, only a stool (1, although double) with no backrest. Too little for the price... -- The hotel responded to my review and wrote that they didn't claim at all that the rooms had a balcony. Sorry, yes they do. Simply click on the description of a double room and it says "balcony".

Great location between mountains and seaside, clean and big rooms with wonderful view and good beds, finally proper bathroom in Albania with a closed shower, excellent breakfast, friendly staff and quiet surrounding.

Nothing serious. Responsiveness of waiters and their foreign language skills could be improved. For some reason our things in room were scattered all over after the cleaning service visit. Nothing was missing but things were just strangely moved and packed.

Superb

Amazing view from the room directly to the sea from the top of the pass. Nice new rooms and comfortable beds. Breakfast and restaurant directly next to the entry of the hotel rooms.

Credit card terminal did not work as we stayed their as they just opened up and WIFI had at the beginning some problems, but got solved after view hours.

De kamer was ruim en een prachtig uitzicht.

In de kamer was alleen een krukje en geen stoelen of bankje terwijl de ruimte er zeker voor was. Ook geen wanddecoratie. In de badkamer geen handdoeken rekje. De eigenaren kwamen kil over mag wel iets gezelliger. De familie was de hele tijd met hun hele gezin in het restaurant en de kinderen nogal aanwezig. De TV staat erg hard aan terwijl er niemand kijkt. Het eten was prima.

De locatie was top. Ideaal om een mooie wandeling te starten vanuit het hotel. Vanuit de kamer hadden we een prachtig uitzicht. Badkamer was heel mooi. De kamer zelf was erg ruim.

Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con la stanza ma appena comunicato allo staff subito hanno provveduto al cambio camera, sono stati super efficienti e veloci veramente soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno.
