This place is truly incredible, both for its beauty and its atmosphere. The views are absolutely stunning, the rooms are spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Everything is clean and well-maintained, and the whole property has a warm, home-like feeling. The hosts are genuinely kind, welcoming, and wonderful people who make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. The hotel has a parking and it’s a great thing in Albania. The nearest beach 5 minutes by car. We had a fantastic stay and would gladly come back again.

The breakfast could be a little more varied, and there were quite a few wasps around the breakfast area.

We stayed at the property for 2 nights, the room was as described, clean with a nice balcony where you can sit outside. They have a very nice home made breakfast, which I really enjoyed, and once we also had a dinner there, which was good. The owner and his family were very friendly and we enjoyed pet Luna and Bruno, I would stay again

What a great guesthouse - it was well-located and we had a most comfortable stay. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable and it included A/C, fast wifi and a mini-fridge. And the breakfast was a highlight of each day. Spiro and his team are friendly and we are thankful that they made us feel so welcome and taken care of.

The accommodation has great potential and the family room we stayed in was very spacious. There is also a nice view from the property, which was definitely a highlight. The host was very kind and helpful, which significantly improved our overall experience and partly made up for the shortcomings. Breakfast was okay overall, and after we asked for more eggs, everything was fine. AC was working properly.

Several things in the apartment were broken. The kitchen was not prepared on arrival, and the host explained that guests usually don’t cook, which felt like a weak justification. In addition, the kitchen is very poorly equipped, so cooking is basically not possible anyway. Some of the cabinets were falling apart, not enough hangers in the wardrobe, and the bathroom was in particularly bad condition – a button had fallen off, a pipe was cracked, and there was visible mold. The property also looked much better in the photos than in reality. On the first morning, the breakfast portion was too small for two people, with only three eggs in total. It was also clear that the property was not ready for guests, as there was ongoing construction work, cutting noise, and a lot of mess around. I understand it may be off-season, but in that case the apartments should not be offered until everything is properly prepared. We did receive a discount, but it’s still disappointing given how the property was presented online. I wouldn’t stay here again. Fortunately, we only stayed for two nights, so it was manageable.
