Location is excellent. The room was super comfortable and the host was very nice and welcoming

No lift is a drawback with languages. there is space for lift and its easy to be installed.

The biggest positive about this hotel is definitely the staff. Everyone was extremely kind and welcoming, especially the girl who greeted us when we arrived. She was very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, and the sea view is absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to that view was definitely one of the highlights of our stay.

There were a few things that could be improved. Our towels were not changed and the bin in the room was not emptied, perhaps because we only stayed for two nights. However, I think the bin should at least have been emptied during our stay. Another small issue was the air conditioning, which was quite loud. Luckily, we only needed to use it for a few minutes as the weather was beautiful during our stay, so it wasn’t a major problem for us. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and the amazing location, beautiful sea view, and Lovely staff made it a positive experience.

Lacking hotel qualities. More hostel vibes than a hotel. You need to request for your room to be cleaned when I asked for my room to be cleaned they replied we don’t clean rooms daily in Albania. The two ladies working there were friendly however the male member of staff was so rude and let the place down majorly. They only accept cash payments which is awkward for travellers.
