Kotarja Apartments

We had an incredible stay at this apartment. The place was spotless, comfortable, extremely spacious, and quiet—perfect for relaxing. The sea view from the apartment was absolutely beautiful. On top of that, the host was exceptionally welcoming, helpful, and truly dedicated to ensuring we had everything we needed. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Dhërmi!

We had a wonderful stay at Kotarja Apartments! We were visiting for work and wanted to enjoy two days at the beach as well, so it was perfect for our trip. On arrival, we were kindly upgraded to a larger apartment with a beautiful sea view, which was such a lovely surprise. The apartment was very comfortable and a great place to relax after work. Communication with the staff was excellent, and they were always quick to help with anything we needed. We would happily stay here again!

Our stay at Kortaja Apartments was great. The apartment had a great view of the village and the sea. Dhermi beach and Drymades beach are very close. The apartment was very clean and the host provided towels. The kitchen was equipped properly, so it was very easy to cook for ourselves. There is also a market 3 minutes away. The apartments also have washing mashines, perfect for a longer stay. The host is very friendly and sent us suggestions for beaches, restaurants, ... . In front of the apartment you can park your car for free if you arrive by car.

Difficult to reach following the maps. The kitchen is not full-equipped with only one pan. It was not possibly to pay with card because the guy wasn’t able to use the card machine..
