The location was amazing. Great that you get a beach umbrella with your room. Beach is beautiful. Room was clean. Had a small issue with the water leaking and they came and looked at it and fixed it and cleaned up the water right away.

Most of the younger staff were nice however the main guy that checked me in (older guy seemed like the owner?) was very cold and standoffish and made me feel very unwelcome, barely smiled and seemed angry and upset all the time. Not a hospitable vibe at all and would not return for this reason. Also check out at 10 was not enjoyable at all. Most places are 11. Also the bed was hard and not very comfy. Have to pay for a beach towel which I never experienced and also have to pay again if you want it washed/a new one. Room was small. Also not about the property but the rocks on the beach are painful so bring some type of water shoes if possible. Really hurt my toes badly on the rocks.

Not as expected

The location was near the beach.

Some of the hotel and restaurant staff, the guests who were very rude to us and the fact that the parking was far from our hotel so we need to walk over there everytime we needed to go out of the resort. Although they have a golf cart, most of the time it was not available. The breakfast is just acceptable but the price of the food in the restaurant was expensive and not that delicious. We have to go and search for restaurants outside of the resort. The wifi signal was very weak. The rubbish bin was very small. There was a bidet but was broken 😩. They have free umbrellas on the beach with every room you have checked in. The other guests took ours and was very rude when we came to our umbrella to use it because they were using it the whole time that we were not there. The hotel should be strict in implementing rules that the guests should follow. As a family of 4 who came all the way from another country should feel welcome and accepted. But seeing the other local guests and treating us rudely was not expected to this lovely trip. We are transferring to another resort, I hope it will be better there.

The location is perfect! Also the service was very good, the staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast fast was buffet with a great variety of food! Totally worth the 💰

Very expensive, below expectations

The location was very nice, close to the beach. The pizzas were good, the other foods were not as good though. The breakfast was okay, but it was always the same breakfast, very repetitive.

The staff was unpleasant except one or two of them. The location, although close to the beach, was very far from the center. The WIFI was pretty slow, and some of the rooms were unable to connect at all. There were not enough toiletries, and there was only one small garbage can. The staff only cleaned the rooms every 3 days. There were not enough wall plugs for the amount of people in the rooms. Some of the bed blankets had yellow stains. Besides that, we received false complaints from the owner for noise and other things we didn't do. And overall, the price was overly-expensive for what we received.

Outdated Facilities, with great location and friendly people

Good location, one step away from the beach, close to bars and market exceptional friendly staff, especially the cleaning ladies and receptionist, willing to always help let us stay even after check out time, to enjoy the day at the beach.

Outdated Facilities, definitely toilets that you dont wanna go in. Accessibility difficulties if you're with steoller, as there is no elevator. Same lukewarm breakfast everyday of fried eggs, perhaps the staff of kitchen should be checked more often. Not comfortable sun beds.

Superb

The location was perfect, just 2 minutes from the beach. The room was clean and tidy with all the facilities you could need. The restaurant of the hotel was excellent and we enjoyed the pasta very much. Totally would recommend 👌

Затишний готель на першій лінії з власним пляжем. На території є ресторан, де завжди смачно готують. Персонал привітний і уважний. У вересні людей мало і це був величезний плюс.

Atmosphère familiale et sans fausse prétention. Plage agréable, bien équipée offrant une place suffisante. Resto avec une ambiance agréable (et musique des années 80). Chambres fonctionnelles. Parking géré et gardé par l’hôtel 200m plus haut.

Deux nuits à Dhermi

L’hôtel est à 2 mins à pied de la place privée, grande avec des transats confortables. Mention spéciale pour les serveuses et femmes de ménages qui sont adorables. Le restaurant est bon.

La connexion Wifi est (très) instable. La pression dans la douche est aléatoire et est surprenante. Le tableau électrique de la chambre était à nu. Nous étions au rez de jardin, les travaux ont commencé en face de notre chambre à 8h ! L’emplacement est bon pour aller à la mer mais l’hôtel est relativement loin du village. Le parking privé sécurisé se situe entre les tables hautes du bar et la plage.
