The location was perfect, close to several stations, the apartment was really clean and nicely equipped with things like toothbrushes, hair dryer, hair straightener, shampoo,... We didn't meet the staff, but we had a problem with the internet when we got to the room, and they fixed it within the next half hour, and the check-in instructions were really good and easy to understand.
The apartment looks little bit nicer on photos then in real life, especially bathroom
