    Had a great stay at Poly Hostel. Clean, spacious, and relatively near major stations.

    The location is at walking distance from shinimamiya station (which has direct train from and to kansai airport), ebisucho station (which just 1 stop from namba), and tsutenkaku tower. The staff is so helpful during our self check-in. The bunk bed is fun for our children and there was enough space to open our luggage.

    We really enjoyed the place. The water heater wasn’t working on our first night, but the staff was able to fix it after a few messages. I had to repeatedly explain that I was using it properly, and they only reset it after a few minutes of insisting that it really wasn’t working. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. We would recommend this place and will definitely book again.

    Cheap hostel, it is an apartment -like with complete appliances that is ideal for long term stay. It has washing machine with laundry soap, 1 pan and 4 small plate and bowl with a couple of spoon and fork and spoon. I suggeat to add 1 pot to cook saucy food or rice and big plates. No pajama's were given by the way so make sure you have your own. I did not see restroom outside the room so if you plan to leave the room make sure you have done your thing already. Location is great. Room is clean and with seemless check in and check out. All in all ill stay again.
