The hotel was unavailable upon arrival — no one was at reception, and we received no check-in information or response to any of our messages. We waited for hours and could only enter after a Japanese person helped contact them by phone. They finally replied to my message around 3 a.m. the NEXT day. This is a huge hotel (8 floors) but without staff.
Finally we managed to get the codes to enter. The room didn’t look like on the photos, there was no windows. The smell in the room was bad. We tried air conditioning but then the smell was even worse.
For the laundry you have to pay 200 and then 100/10 min in the dryer. We ended up with paying around 1000 for 1 round of laundry which is quite a lot….

It’s a budget hotel, and while the room is a bit small, the location is excellent just a few minutes’ walk to the Shinsekai area.

Location is perfect. Only 1 minute from the station. Maybe a curtain for the window should be needed.
