Accessible to stations, near convenience stores and restaurants, the staff reply immediately to queries, self-check in was a breeze, and the hotel is at a very quiet neighborhood :)

Almost everything. I wish I live in an apartment like that. My first time using the bathroom dryer, exceptional. Walking distance to three metro stations and connect directly to Kansai airport (Nankai line). The view of Tsutenkaku tower also very nice. We couldn’t find the office when we arrived. Turns out it is outside the ‘lobby’ (see photo).
The comfort level of the mattress and pillow can be improved. The pillow is too small. More importantly, the bedroom smells bad (sour smell) without AC. The train is loud but hardly hear it from the bedroom.
