Since there is no front desk, there's no place to safekeep our bags after checking out.

It is near a place called Shinseikai. Food is easily located in Shinseikai, plus it preserved some of the cultural shops and markets. It does have its iconic tower, where I do see tourists coming and enjoying the view.
The clothes dryer is in the lobby. It is not efficient of drying the clothes. The smoking area is near the exit whereas my floor is at level 3 can smell people smoking. There are people smoking outside the main entrance, which the smoke do comes in through the window.
