Great location, very easy connections to everywhere public transport wise in Osaka.
Good sized for family of 3, good facilities with laundry machine and very much needed AC on the summer.
Host very helpful and friendly and fixed issue with hot water immediately upon our arrival.
The trash/rubbish system was a little restrictive and due to our shopping/take away food and water bottles we had lots. We felt bad following the guided rules of leaving all trash/rubbish in the property and would prefer a better system for removing rubbish during a stay. This is really a minor point but mentioning it would improve our stay is we came back in the future.
