We did not stay at the place, because of the size of the room.

Place is too small for 2 adults. Double bed and 2 bunks beds in small room. Fridge was very small. Kitchen is hide away, did not even saw it, till Hosts explain where the kitchen was. On arrival people were busy working in the driveway.

Clean and neat old style room with ensuite and secure parking. Great value for money

Hostess was very nice and accommodating. Everything was clean and neat and the hwc heated up super quick. Secure parking for my car, very quiet except for some weird cyclic banging (every 30min to an hour) that I couldnt work out where it was coming from.

Generally it needs the kitchenette cupboards to be upgraded (cupboards crumbling which resulted in a chipboard/old wood smell to the room, a MUCH softer bed, proper pillows (they were long sausage like things), a proper duvet (didnt bother me but will be too thin for others), the tiles in the bathroom replaced or cleaned (there was black mould in various place) and the walls skimmed֫. Also a fan in the bathroom would help with the mould. In a nutshell it needs modernising properly but for the money its good value

The great but not so Fabulous

I liked the fact that we had our own space like an apartment separate entrance and not a room next to another.

I didn't like the fact that one had to always ask if you needed to leave the premises and that it was an issue if you wanted to go out any time after 18:00
