Within walking distance of Lyme Regis. Nice to see the sea from the lounge. Place clean and well equipped. Beds comfortable.
Property very small and we were pleased there was only 2 of us. Lots of doors in small hall and door handles all make a noise. My husband got locked in the lounge late one night as the door locking mechanism to the kitchen doesnt open fully. Door from lounge directly to hallway sometimes unlocks so this is could be a security issue. No non slip mat in shower which is a concern for older people. Requested to put rubbish in bins but not easy to know which bin belongs to which flat and the rubbish bin seems too small for use by multiple flats. No instructions for microwave or cooker. Switch in kitchen which operates fridge labelled something different. Didnt spot the switch for the heated towel rail in shower room until a few days into holiday so towels damp. It would be helpful to have a booklet with this information.
