L’aria condizionata ben funzionante è stata la cosa migliore visto il caldo di Siviglia. La posizione ottima a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro, ci siamo spostati sempre a piedi senza la necessità di prendere i mezzi. Affianco alla struttura era presente un grosso supermercato, ottimo per fare spesa di acqua e cibo. L’appartamento è in realtà una stanza in un residence con anche la reception all’ingresso, questo è comodissimo per check in e check out, sono stati anche disponibili a prenotarci un taxi prima del nostro rientro a casa.

Il bagno emana un odore di marcio dalle tubature, sicuramente la pulizia poteva essere curata un pochino meglio, ma tutto sommato non è andata male.

We (a couple) stayed 9 nights,, enjoyed the place, & cooked every day. Photos accurate. Great location in Triana neighbourhood, within walking distance to most attractions, with a large grocery store right next door Comfortable bed and pillows. Big window that opens for fresh air and roll down shutter to block light. Very functional kitchen with ample dishes, cooking knives, & high quality pots and pans. (We requested a cutting board and this was supplied a few days later which was much appreciated.) Nice size studio Fridge. Microwave with grill function very handy. Two burner stovetop. Built-in deep fryer (we didn't use). Strong water pressure. Plenty of hot water. Dual shower heads. Nice bath towels.

We would definitely stay here again so these are just suggestions for the hosts to consider for future guests: Wifi network bandwidth was adequate for streaming video and the occasional online webinar but it was somewhat intermittent and occasionally difficult connecting to (this may simply be the nature of the Internet service provider). The unit would really benefit from an electric kettle. While the big frying pan is a perfect size, it covers both stove burners, so we couldn't cook and heat water at the same time (we made out ok boiling water in a pot on the stove for tea and instant coffee). (A cover for the big frying pan would also be useful for those who cook meals every day like us.) Kitchen had large single sink but no drying rack and no place to put one so we were thankful we always carry a big portable microfiber towel that really helped with quick drying of dishes, since the little hand towel provided was not very absorbent. We would also recommend a little shelf in the shower.

La falta de limpieza en el menaje de cocina, La supuesta calefacción del alojamiento solo estaba encendida unas horas al día. Solicitamos tanto telefónicamente como por whatsapp una manta para la cama ya que el edredón era muy fino y nos era insuficiente y telefónicamente nos indicaron que se pondrían en contacto con la propiedad y nos comentarían que había dicho la propiedad ( cosa que nunca ocurrió ) y por whatsapp ni nos respondieron. El mal olor de las tuberías del baño y cocina.
