Apartamentos RG Resitur

The place is a combination of a room in a hotel and a flat. So it looks like a hotel building with reception desk and lobby, the rented place however is like a mini flat - bedroom, small kitchen and bathroom. Location is good- 15 mins walk to cathedral (centre). Metro station round the corner, also close to bus stops. Supermarket just outside. Non problematic keys collection, host responsive enough. The place was clean and had facilities I would need, although looks a bit dated, a few things would need attention (e.g. some furniture or sockets). Aircon in bedroom of older type but worked for me. I never tested certain appliances as did not need them (tv, toaster etc.). Whatever I used worked fine (apart from one thing - see below).

The wifi did not work great, fluctuated between 0 to 2 bars, so sometimes would disconnect or just be lazy to respond. I did not make a fuss there cause I was able to use my own internet allowance on the phone when that happened, just thought it should be mentioned here. The other thing that I reckon does not match description is the total place area. Advertised either for 40 sq meters or 430 sq feet. It does not look it at first glance, I did some maths there, it is closer to 30 sq meters and not much more. For solo traveller with very little stuff like me it was not a problem other than the fact that the offer always should be transparent when it comes to details. Nevertheless overall satisfactory.

La ubicación, cerca de la torre del oro y a 10 minutos de la Giralda. Zona tranquila con todo lo necesario cerca: supermercado , farmacia,etc... Camas y almohadas cómodas y limpias. Fácil comunicación y respuesta rápida en el chat. Es la tercera vez que voy y seguro que repetiré.

Hay algunos detalles que se podrían mejorar. Estuve en un apartamento y en baño no había donde poner las toallas... Algunos muebles un poco "destartalados"

Haría falta un extractor para la cocina, si de verdad quieres cocinar algo, luego se queda todo el calor y humedad. Estaría genial un extractor porque abrir las ventanas en verano de poco ayuda...

Personale scortese. E’ un hotel che ha al suo interno degli appartamenti affittati da esterni (come quello preso da noi). Al nostro arrivo il receptionist ci ha detto che non aveva prenotazioni a mio nome, di contattare il locatore. Senza spiegarci nulla, tanto che avevo creduto di aver sbagliato. La stanza era fredda a causa delle finestre che non si chiudevano. Cosa comunicata al proprietario che ha fatto orecchio da mercante. Per aggiungere la ciliegina sulla torta, l’ultima notte al piano di sopra, c’è stata una lite famigliare. Sedie che volavano, botte sui muri. Sembrava che si stesse per compiere una sciagura
