Apartamento Orilla de Triana

The apartment has 3 rooms for rent (+ an additional room that houses the property owner's son). Thankfully the other rooms for rent were empty during my stay so I did not have to share the single bathroom with anyone else. The property is very clean (exp: every morning I would wake up to a freshly scrubbed toilet) and has everything you need to be comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped if you'd like to cook and the room door is opened through an electronic keypad which keeps your belongings locked at all times. The check in process is done entirely virtually and your phone is pretty much your key to enter the building so make sure you always have it charged! (You unlock the building door with a website on your phone). The property is a 5 minute walk to the river / bridge and there are plenty of stores / markets / restaurants within a 10min radius. I really liked the Peruvian restaurant down the block. Pictures are very accurate.

The bathroom didn't have any hand towels and they are not flexible with check-in / check-out times.

Estaba todo muy organizado, la comunicación era rápida y estaba todo muy limpio y con aire acondicionado.

Lo único fue que mi habitación estaba al lado del cuarto de baño y me despertó por la noche. La habitación es segura porque solo se entra con código, pero puedes quedarte sin poder entrar si no te lo sabes 😅

Annoying Noises: There has been the noises from upstairs daily during mid night, early morning everyday like 11pm, 1am,5am. The annoying footsteps nosies from upstairs everyday and night, which wakes me up every time. Which really disturbing my sleep. Really cannot sleep well during the stay, and there has been the construction nearby as well but the footsteps noises is the most annoying thing aa its happened during late and mid night!!!
