Es un bajo con acceso directo a la calle. Tiene mucha luz durante la noche y ruido. El apartamento es nuevo y esta limpio.

La ubicación era buena aunque y el apartamento es agradable
la gestión de residuos en Sevilla deja mucho que desear y teníamos unos contenedores en la puerta y olía bastante mal. Además el apartamento no tiene mucha ventilación porque solo tiene una ventana que si la abres te ve todo el que pasa por la calle. Además le faltaba algo de menaje en la cocina y por la noche al no tener ninguna puerta ni cortina entraba mucha luz de la iluminación de la calle y aunque es una zona tranquila, se oye cualquier persona que pasa por la puerta.

La ubicación, los detalles de la casa
Calefacción no suficiente para todo el apartamento, se oyen mucho los ruidos de la calle, la gente por la noche pasa y llama al timbre, en general debería de estar más aislada del ruido exterior.
