** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**
During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

What a gorgeous apartment , pool area was such a bonus and pool towels included was such a plus for when your on a short trip , everything was so clean and perfect ! Location was amazing !

Great base for a relaxing city break in Seville, just over the river in a lovely/vibrant neighbourhood yet 10 minute walk to city centre and all it has to offer. Modern apartment with added bonus of a roof terrace area with pool/sun-beds and a cafeteria area.
