The kitchen, with an open design, is equipped with all the essential utensils that guests may need to make their stay more comfortable.

A few minutes on foot, you can visit the Avenida de la Constitución, where you can find emblems of the city such as the Cathedral, the Giralda or the Archivo de Indias. Additionally, all the necessary services are within a short distance: supermarkets, stores of various categories, pharmacies, etc. This apartment not only provides high-end accommodation, but also an authentic Sevillian cultural experience.

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

The check-in was very smooth. The apartment has a great location with a great view. It was comfortable and nicely furnished. Easy to walk to most places nearby. Triana Market in the corner. Great place to stay!

Exceptional! The condition and the decoration of the flat was very impressive and met all of our expectations.
The reception person was very helpful and answered any questions we asked.
We would highly recommend this flat for any traveller and would be happy to return again.
It was a very pleasant experience which will be remembered.
On a minor note, we would recommend a drying rack for laundry as the suite has only a washer for clothes.

Everything was great. Beautiful apartment, comfortable and functional and a great location. Quiet of you have the windows closed or lively with them open. Nice view and the management were always there to help. Only downside was the wifi didn’t work well but the rest made up for it.
