I absolutely recommend this accomodation! The room was clean, comfortable and the check-in/out process was very easy. The location is great, with plenty of cafes/bars near by and you can easily access all of the major tourist attractions with a short tram ride.
I have no complaints, however, there are two things you may want to be aware off when booking: - There is no door between the bedroom and bathroom, so limited privacy. - There are some very steep stairs you must climb to access the room. This is common in Amsterdam, and part of the charm of these amazing historical buildings, however, could be problematic of you have any mobility issues.

Host is really nice and welcoming! Free drinks in the mini fridge
Horrible shady stairs to step on as they are way to narrow and two steps feel like they’re gonna break down; what’s even more beyond my comprehension is the shower without any door or curtain, making it constantly cold during shower! To make things worse, the mattress is like decades old or something, which is way too soft and my body becomes a big C curve, and pillow is way too high. Back pain!!
