Everything is perfect. Very very clean. Very quiet. Not far from tram or buses stops and not far from the center by walking.
The only a little negative point - for me- is the stair : very very typical of Amsterdam.With a luggage it's not easy (for me) but Jan is very reactive and je calls somebody who came very quickly (and smiling) to help me. Thank you for everything.

Location, it was quiet but easily within walking distance to key locations.
Access stairs were a bit tricky with luggage - lighting ‘switched on’ only when partway down.

Very clean room well located
It is a basement room with the most scariest stairs even for Amsterdam standard. The room is amazing if you can navigate the stairs
