Very well equipped, very clean, in very good condition. Good communications from owner. Nice lounge/kitchen/diner - great for large family group. Overall really good.
Erratic heating system in very cold winter weather - seemed to just stop heating every few hours, even when set to manual on. Largest bedroom and en suite received very little heat at any time. Would be no issue in warmer weather! Four recycling/rubbish bins outside, but only one inside, making it hard to keep things separated.
