Comfortabel appartement. Netjes en schoon. Duidelijke informatie inchecken. Locatie top. Top uitzicht. Mooi zwembad met ligweide. Afstand naar boulevard en oud Altea heel goed te lopen. Max 15 min. Direct toegang tot het strand. In de omgeving supermarkt met lekker brood en een paar goede restaurants. Wandelpad langs de kust naar Altea Hills super leuk om te wandelen. Eigen parkeergarage. Mooie omgeving voor uitstapjes naar cultuur, natuur en mooie dorpen.
Niets viel tegen. Het matras vonden wij niet zo lekker liggen. De WIFI viel steeds uit en hadden ook geen internet verbinding via onze eigen provider. Alleen op het balkon bij de voordeur. Maar de eigenaar nam meteen actie om het te verhelpen en was duidelijk in zijn communicatie.

L’emplacement idéal en face de la plage et pas loin en voiture de la ville.
Il faut devoir vider le seau de la climatisation très régulièrement : ce qui peut être ennuyant pendant la nuit.

Het balkon met heerlijke stoelen waar je kunt genieten van het prachtige uitzicht op zee. Eigenlijk was alles wat je nodig hebt aanwezig. Gewoon een heel fijn appartement. Erg leuk dat er bij aankomst een fles water in de koelkast stond en er een fles cava met een schaaltje aardbeien klaarstond.
Het bed had iets breder gemogen, wanneer de een omdraait wordt de ander er wakker van. Maar dat kan er ook aanliggen dat we zelf een breed bed hebben. De eerste twee dagen hing er een rooklucht in het appartement. De beheerder heeft direct voor diffusers gezorgd en een spray waarmee we de gordijnen hebben ingespoten, vervolgens was het ook verdwenen. Ontzettend fijn hoe snel de beheerder hier voor gezorgd heeft.

It is a very comfortable, big apartment with a kitchen, a living room and 2 bedrooms. All very clean and nice. With a lot of space for everybody.
For breakfast and preparation of food in general you can use the big kitchen which provides all you need (plates, cuttery, coffee machine, etc.).
Beds are very comfortable.
The sleeping rooms don't have an air conditioning but are equipped with a ventilator (ait conditioning is only installed in the living room). When we stayed there a heat wave hit the Costa Blanca and it was pretty hot.
We have been there with the car, so actually we didn't care, but if you aren't that mobile I'm not sure how to reach the city center of Altea (which is very beautiful) as the appartment is a bid outside of the town.
