FH ALTEA CENTRO PLAYA

Lovely large apartment and excellent communication from Encarna

Basically the apartment is in the middle of a building site! Absolutely terrible walking in and workmen were right outside our window at 7.30 in the morning making extremely loud noises which ruined our sleep plus we were unable to use outside space.

Disposición de la encargada

Todo bien

Nagyon jó helyen lévő tágas lakás, nagyon kényelmes és tiszta. A tulajdonos kedves és segítőkész.

A házban levő felújítás kicsit hangos.

The apartment was spacious and very clean. The bathrooms were big and looked new. Location was excellent, close to shops, beach & restaurants. Check in an out was easy.

Unfortunately, because the building was being renovated, with scaffolding riight outside the balcony meaning,we we unable to access the balcony. This proved really frustrating as this is a big part of our holiday, sitting to have a glass of wine. The foyer was a building site, with huge window frames everywhere. Also, ladders and rubble left there. I understand the work has to been done but feel most strongly, that we should have been informed about it beforehand, it really would have affected our decision to book the apartment. We felt we had to be out all the time, as we couldn't even open the shutters, in case there was a builder on the balcony, this meant the lights had to be on all the time. Dissatisfied.
