The staff, location, and food were excellent

It is a residential compound, not a hotel. There are no activities at all at any time. The Egyptian flag is damaged, and some guests throw trash into the water. I saw many tea cups in the sea. There is no proper path or access to the swimming area, so you have to walk over the coral reefs to get into the water. The bathroom door could not be opened from the inside, which caused us a lot of trouble. There was also no phone inside the apartment to contact the management when needed, which made our stay even more difficult. There was no internet anywhere. You are given Wi-Fi passwords, but they do not work. Despite all these negative points, considering the price compared to hotels in Hurghada, it is still excellent value for money. You get what you pay for.

This place is an absolute steal for the price. The suites are massive and give you so much room to just stretch out and relax. The food was surprisingly really good with plenty of fresh options every single day. The pools were super clean and the wifi worked great in the room. There is a spa if you want to treat yourself but just chilling by the water was exactly what we needed. Highly recommend for a stress free getaway.

piccola incomprensione con il receptionist all'arrivo che ha causato un disguido sull'orario in uscita..ma nulla di irrisolvibile e la struttura merita sicuramente..titolare non in sede..

Disponibilités du personnel, réactivité pour 1 changement de chambre car la 1ere ne correspondait pas à notre réservation. Chambre propre. Le restaurant de l hotel Arena très bon et très agréable.

Le restaurant de la Résidence inclus dans le prix est très moyen,peu de choix malgré le personnel très avenant. Aucun magasin aux alentours. Aucune animation. Lieu très calme.
