It was a really good experience staying here. The staff ar helpful. Although the rooms are outdated, need some updating and the TV don’t have internet failities. Other than that really goos. Also great food

I booked this hotel according to its rating and the guest feedback. The staff is very friendly and helpful and always looking for the guest satisfaction. Reception staff is super. The main restaurant staff are very helpful , special thanks goes to Mahmoud I think the outlet Manager Ali waiter and all the team members for their excellent services. Also all the chefs are so helpful. The only thing which will let me not to book again here is the Low contacts for the Egyptian employees which reflect and affect on the hotel image. I can’t enjoy and feel comfortable because of this groups This groups of persons will decrease the hotel level Hopefully you can have a look and select the type of people.
