We had an amazing stay at Caves Resort and would absolutely give it 5 stars. One thing that really stood out was how accommodating the staff were—my mum has an injured leg and was finding it difficult to manage the third floor, and without any hassle they happily moved us to a first-floor room, which made a huge difference to our stay.
The food was another highlight. There was a great selection every day, and the variety constantly changed, so we were genuinely spoilt for choice throughout our visit. No two days felt the same when it came to dining.
The resort itself is massive, with plenty of areas to relax and sunbathe, so it never felt crowded and you could always find a perfect spot to unwind. On top of that, the staff were very polite and welcoming across the board, which really added to the overall experience.
A fantastic stay from start to finish.
